    The worst customer service ever , they do not know how to talk to their tenants . The property manager Brittney is a bigot including Aaron. They are money hungry , after a few days of a late payment; they will evict you just so you can have a hard time in life . On top of that the property on Clarewood is infested with rats ๐Ÿ€ , because of the holes on the outside of the property and they told me I had to take care of it myself .. This comment is true and facts I used my kid email before by accident , but do business somewhere else โ€ฆ

    They have a house in Jutlnad, and nobody answers that phone. It talks about a bad customer experience with all of them.

    Wretched, rude staff, unreliable and borderline illegal accounting practices, non existent maintenance, substandard move in conditions. No fire extinguisher, no regard for dangerous electrical problems, they simply want more money than what is actually owed. I wouldn't recommend them to someone I don't even like, now that's bad.

    After providing earnest money for our first home, we did not receive a response from the seller's realtor, Francisco Torres, for days. We called him countless times. Additionally, we called the Prime Realty Group office. To our surprise, the property we agreed to purchase decreased (tremendously). With that, we made nonstop calls over the weekend to figure out what was going on... Today, is Monday... now the property we believed to be our first home is under contract. This comes after we already were approved by the bank to make the purchase. Francisco Torres (in my opinion) was extremely unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of adequate communication. Communication is essential in business, especially with large transactions like the purchase of a new home. Isn't there a strict code of ethics in real estate? I will be reaching out soon to speak with a principal broker in the firm before moving forward with a formal complaint.

    If your considering using this company to secure your residence... Stay away. First of all the staff walks around bear foot and is beyond unprofessional. As a tenant myself I can honestly say they have never visited my property to ensure everything is ok or have done any types of outside checks. If there is a maintenance issue they are quick to respond, but if you have your own warranty the will drop the ball. I basically handeled most of the issues On my own as a tenant. You are better off saving your money and managing the property on your own. The office does not take messages or return calls to tenants regarding important issues.
