Born in New York City to two immigrant parents with narrow scopes of education, Jibrael S. Hindi had a modest middle-class upbringing with limited resources. With an innate determination to succeed, he understood the value of dedication and hard work to fulfill his immediate desires and achieve his long-term goals.
While working toward his bachelorโs degree in finance through his early 20s, Jibrael developed an extensive portfolio by working with diverse businesses, including Chevron, Mobil, and Exxon gas stations as well as franchises of other national brands based in South Florida. He gained tremendous professional business and leadership experience during that time. At twenty-three Jibrael received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Florida Atlantic University where he graduated with honors cum laude.
Throughout his years as an entrepreneur who specialized in the affairs of independent local businesses, Jibrael witnessed injustice on a daily basis. Injustices that impacted the average consumer, the business, and the community at large sparked his motivation to become a lawyer who could protect his community and fight for their rights. He was determined to gain the ability to seek justice for the individuals and entities affected. By representing the disenfranchised, Jibrael could place them on an equal legal playing field.
In 2012 Jibrael S. Hindi was accepted to Nova Southeastern Universityโs Shepard Broad Law Center with an academic scholarship. With the same fervor he displayed in pursuing his entrepreneurial endeavors, Jibrael excelled in law school. After his first year alone he was ranked among the top 3% of his class. He became a member of the prestigious Nova Law Review, a student-run journal dedicated to servicing judges, practitioners, legal scholars and students. Members of the Review are trained to understand the rigorous process of conducting legal research, analysis and writing. Jibrael won several awards for his writing abilities and was placed on the Deanโs List every semester until graduation. At the conclusion of the program, Hindi graduated with the highest honors possible, summa cum laude, and passed the Florida Bar Exam on his very first try.

a week agoIโm not usually one to write reviews, but when I do, itโs usually for something exceptional. Unfortunately, this isnโt one of those cases. First of all, I never had the opportunity to speak with an attorney directly. I reached out to the firm via Instagram, and a legal assistant requested evidence. Once my case was identified, I was sent a digital agreement within 24 hours, maybe a day at most. I requested follow-ups on two occasions, and it took them over five days to respond each time, only to say that the case was still pending and that I should allow them 45 days for an update. At one point, I began to doubt whether this was even a legitimate operation. Nearly three months later, I was contacted and informed that an agreement had been reached with the company I was suing. The total settlement was $3,500, of which I was entitled to $500, while the attorney fees amounted to $3,000. I completely understand that this was not explained to me. My agreement didnโt specify that I would receive more than the attorney, but it did state that I could get up to $1,000 in compensation per claim, therefore I asked why I wasnโt getting the maximum amount allowed and then I was told they felt my case wasnโt worth that much and also they felt that money was better than no money. In my understanding, when someone hires an attorney, itโs because the attorney is supposed to represent the clientโs best interestsโnot what they believe the clientโs best interests areโespecially when the client ends up receiving less than 15% of the final settlement. When I finally spoke with one of the attorneys over the phone, they mentioned their hourly rate, which had never been disclosed to me. They also stated that there was no stipulation regarding the attorney fees and suggested I contact lawmakers to address this issues, which I intend to do. Moreover, if one were to read the reviews of this company and do a bit of research, they would notice that some clients claiming to have worked with this law firm have consistently positive reviewed other law firms as well. This pattern raises doubts about the authenticity of these reviews. In conclusion, it seems that the only people benefiting from situations like this are law firms, not the everyday citizen theyโre allegedly defending. This experience has made me rethink the values an attorney should have and question the reasons behind choosing this career. And would encourage any future client of getting more educated on what theyโre signing for, specially about the legal fees they will charge in case your case is settled, before signing an agreement or committing to hire- in these type of cases- this particular firm for their best representation.

3 months agoThe team and Jibrael have been absolutely AMAZING during this whole process! I did not think I had a case but through asking me a bit more questions they found out I did have a case. It's only been 2 weeks and my credit score has jumped up almost 100 points! I would have never been able to do that without them and am still waiting for the final result, so I'm sure there will be even more pleasant surprises in the end! I'm thrilled and on my way to owning a new home and new car sooner than I thought because of them! They have really helped me tremendously and I am so grateful!!!

a month agoJibrael is the modern-day Batman, safeguarding those wronged by unscrupulous business practices! I've filed several lawsuits with the help of Jibrael and his incredible team, and we've won every time. But honestly, the financial restitution isn't the most important thing. The real victory is the peace of mind knowing my family and I won't be taken advantage of again. Just knowing I can pick up the phone and have Jibrael fight for us is priceless. I've had companies bully us, and as soon as I loop him into an email, they start backpedaling and apologizing. Thank you, Jibrael, for being Florida's very own Batman!
