Jordan is extremely respectful and professional. When a certain pendant was not in stock he was able to obtain it in a short time and gave me a great price while keeping communication. Needless to say he is my new jeweler. Beautiful gold at great prices, definitely has my business every time.

I bought a chain and it started to turn colors not too long after my purchase. I brought it back to them and they told me the owner wasn't around. I still haven't gotten it fixed yet because the owner is never there.

THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY LIE.THEIR JEWERLY IS FAKE.THEY DO NOT SELL REAL DIAMONDS.THEY SELL OVER PRICED COSTUME JEWELRY.I BROUGHT A RING FROM THERE.I KNEW IT WAS COSTUME JEWELRY,THEY SAID ITS CRYSTALS AND THE SILVER IS REAL.ONCE I PAID I ASKED HIM TO CLEAN IT.HE SAID I DID BUT I WILL CLEAN IT AGAIN.IT SHINES AND LOOKS GOOD UNDER THOSE HOT LIGHTS.THEY DID NOT WANT TO EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE.I CALLED THE POLICE THEN THEY EXCHANGED IT.THE BRACLET I GOT I HAS LOOSE CLAMPS.4 OTHER PEOPLE CAME WANTING TO EXCHANGE WHILE I WAS THERE.DO NOT SHOP THERE.YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
