a week agoHad a good experience with our insurance lawsuit for Hurricane Ian and our lawyer Richard Leonardis. Got almost a full refund of all our costs and the commission was reduced. If I had one thing to suggest is that you should keep your clients better informed. If you tell us that a specific step in the process will take about a week and the deadline passes, make sure to inform your clients of the delay. I found that we had to regularly request an update ourselves if we were to find out anything.

I do not wish anyone to be in that position, but if you are do not hesitate to trust them with your case. Rolando Noda was the person that was always in touch, he explained everything to me and was always very honest and clear with the process, this helped me feel like I made the right decision coming to them with my case. That was until it was handed to Richard Leonardis. He was exceptional!
