>Kamal learned the Art of the Sale early in life, beginning as a child with his after school job at his family's San Francisco convenience store. In the 1980’s, Kamal owned a supermarket and established a cookie distributorship that grew from a single account to grossing more than $1.2 million per year. In the 1990s while growing his cookie distributorship, Kamal obtained his real estate license and helped family and friends locate their dream homes. Being financially flexible in 2000, Kamal decided to try something new in auto finance. He proved tremendous success negotiating with local and national banks to obtain financing for clients who had difficulty qualifying, earning him a reputation as someone who could "get the deal done" when no one else could.
In 2008, when the market crashed, Kamal again proved his tenacity and founded Key Debt Reduction, a loan modification business. Kamal completed over 100 modifications, changing the lives of hundreds of people by helping them find ways to save their homes. Soon the real estate market rebounded so Kamal returned to real estate sales and joined Coldwell Banker, hoping to once again assist families find their dream homes.
