Kathleen M. Healey, Esq. was born and raised in New Jersey. She has been working as an attorney since 1996. She opened her own law office in 2000, originally in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where she was born.
Ms. Healey graduated Phi Beta Kappa, and with honors from Rutgers University (Rutgers College) in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She received her B.A. after completing a double major in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies. Thereafter, she attended Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, where she received her J.D. in 1996.
Ms. Healey understands that knowledge is power. Knowledge provides individuals with the tools that they need to achieve their objectives. She believes that people should fully understand their rights under the law, so that they are able to make the best decisions for themselves, and for their families. Accordingly, Ms. Healey explains to her clients the substantive, and the procedural, aspects of their cases, while helping them navigate through complicated legal processes.

5 years agoHIGHLY RECOMMENDED I currently have a case with my condo association. I hired Kathleen as a consultant to review the agreement with me before I signed. She has been very helpful, professional and understanding during the process. She explained the agreement to me in layman's terms so I can better understand the law. I am very pleased with her negotiations and review of this so called agreement the condo association's lawyer and paralegal were asking me to sign. I will recommend Kathleen to all my friends and colleagues for her services. I am so thankful to have worked with Kathleen and will be forever grateful for her help with my case.
