3 years agoWe hired Kathy to handle the sale of a personal residence that was in probate. She quickly responded with an expert valuation of the property, and the property was listed on MLS and other locations. Within three hours of the listing she had a contract for the sale of the property for $10,000 more than the asking price. The closing occurred within 3 weeks of the contract being signed. Kathy arranged for title insurance and provide all the appropriate documentation for the closing agent. The beneficiaries of the estate are totally pleased, and Kathy was exemplary in her handling of the whole transaction. We will definitely hire Kathy again to handle our probate estate sales.

2 years agoI have worked with Kathy on both sides of the transaction as a seller and a buyer on separate occasions, respectively. She was exceptional on both sides. I always felt like my happiness and satisfaction with the transaction was her top priority. She was a great resource too for contacts including but not limited to property inspectors, movers, title/escrow agents, as well as, general contractors and plumbers.
