5 months agoLost out on a house about a month or so ago and yeah that happens ,but then getting a call from the realtor that the deal fell through and were we still interested so we said yes. After that EXP Realty and thier client tried extorting more money from us and wanted more then we offered. So basically instead of calling the owner of the house first they called us about our offer then they called the owner and they want more then what they were settling for before want more money. So stay away from EXP reality and Realtors Kady Proffitt and Samantha Simmons but bother.
