The food was incredibly delicious here but the service was very slow. My friend and I were the only patrons at the time. Seems to be a family run restaurant. Feed was very authentic and satisfying. Will for sure go back.

Khalils is amazing and very authentic. The staff is wonderful and you feel as if you were invited into a middle Easter home! We got: . Kibbe nayye 10/10 . Warak aarish 10/10 . Hummus 10/10 . Fattouche 7/10 (could use pomegranate sauce instead) . Shawarma 10/10 . Chicken taouk 10/10 . Kafta kabob 6/10 . Baklava 6/10 . Arabic coffee 7/10 Honestly the 10/10 dishes were absolutely delicious. My only other constructive criticism is that prices are weird: the hummus is too pricey as well as the chicken taouk and Kafta kabob are extremely small portions for what they charge. I've never seen a price like this for a small quantity of chicken or Kafta yet. Try adding another skewer of chicken and it could maybe justify the price. On the other hand, kibbe nayye, shawarma and Warak aariche at this price are good. 10/10 would go again!

I would eat here weekly ! I love this establishment! My lady and I visited here on a snowy Friday night. The atmosphere, food and service exceeded our expectations! What made it even greater, was the owner stopped by our table and thanked us for coming out. She proceeded with asking us was it our first time dining in, what brought us in, etc. That made the experience even greater. I highly recommend the LAMB SHANK! Itโ€™s beyond great !

A true gem in Pittsburgh that more people should know about: Khalil's on Baum Blvd. A family tradition since 1972, Khalil has been providing amazing food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere. Fresh roses on each table, candle lights, and a smiling Dalel in front of the house, treating you to the best, true hospitality. Whether it's your special date night or dinner with friends, you won't be disappointed. Sahtein to the Khalil's family!

We loved this place. Came for Restaurant Week, where they had a vegetarian and meat plate that came with salad, pita, olives, dessert, and tea or coffee. We got both so that we could try as much as possible. Everything was so delicious! The ambiance was lovely, and the service was amazing. We are already looking forward to going back to order from the regular menu.
