3 months agoI took my granddaughters for a wellness physical today. Place was outstanding. The waiting area is very clean. I seen the staff wipe down cheers tables. The staff is very friendly. And very helpful the doctor outstanding she explained things and asked was there anything else we had questions about the back exam room very clean equipment up-to-date thank you the front desk staff, and the doctors on a scale 1-10 they all get a 10

5 months agoHighly disappointed. I started bringing my daughter here around 3 months old because her old pediatrician was terrible and rough with her. I really liked this office and the doctor was amazing. A few months ago my daughter had hand, foot, and mouth so I brought her in to be seen. The nurse practitioner was very clearly irritated that my daughter was not up to date on vaccines and told me to bring her back in a week for vaccinations. Of course from my daughter being sick, I got sick as well so I did not bring her back a week later. Also, as a mom, and a full time student that works two jobs, I canโt just simply drop everything. Today, two months later, the Nurse Practioner called me and was extremely rude. She made a comment saying that I donโt bring my daughter in to be seen. After going back and forth with her she rudely asked me when I was bringing her in. I stated I will not be bringing her back because she was very disrespectful and approached the situation wrong. Everything else about this office is great. But I highly suggest they find a new NP with some manners and a better attitude.

7 months agoBoth my babies are patients here. My youngest is asthmatic and they always handle him urgently and with care. Love that they take walk in and appointment slots are open. Back staff is knowledgeable and they allow you to ask as many questions, and actually listen to your concerns.

10 months agoThe office is very professional and clean. The staff are friendly and you can always get in when needed. Dr. Eltakech is amazing with the kids and his skill set and knowledge are unmatched. You definitely will not find a more caring and knowledgeable Dr.
