5 months agoWe were unfamiliar with what many of these tasty treats were, we could only tell that everything smelled AMAZING!! Some of us have sensory issues. So we were happy to find that, even though we had so many questions, the staff was very patient and informative and kindly answered all our questions about the flavor and textures of each of the pastries and dishes. There wasn't a single dish that was not as they described! The coffee selection was limited, but extremely delicious. I am not a coffee person typically because most big coffee chains I go to, the coffee always tastes burnt/bitter. However, even though we ordered all different coffee beverages, each cup was roasted to perfection and so rich and flavorful, I didn't even need to add any extra cream or sweetener. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to everyone. Even if you're not a coffee drinker, you'll enjoy their coffee and treats!

6 months agoI went in tonight about 7:30 and got a few pieces of Knafah. The quality was excellent, flavor was excellent. My daughter was gifted some treats to try, she selected a few and those were also delicious. The service was kind and quick. The prices were affordable for the high quality. We will be back! Thank you for a great experience.

a month agoWorkers appeared depressed and miserable. Dropped a star because customer service is everything. I was raised that nothing in this world is free. You have to pay for everything. With that said, they seem as though I've always wanted a discount/free items? I just became disgusted with my recent visit with the gentleman who just wanted to rush me to get me the heck out. Doesn't make sense because I always entered this establishment in good faith to spend my money. I'm not expecting them to kiss my rear but hey, how about reciprocating the respect and kindness back to me? I will not come here anymore. Don't thank me. Thank your weird, awkward, timid service.

2 years agoThis place is fantastic! Lots to choose from & the taste is out of this world. I received top shelf service to boot! Make the time & take the drive to experience some of the best deserts in the Chicagoland area.
