8 months agoIf you're looking for any kind of property Richi Brown is your guy. I was under contract several times and had to back out because of issues on the sellers end (taking too long to fix agreed upon repairs and a busted pipe less than 24 hours away from closing). Richi will give you expertise from his experience as both an agent as well as a successful real estate investor. I ended up finding a property that checked my buy box and am happy about the purchase. He's all about building the relationships and making his customers happy.

a year agoI donโt like leaving bad reviews but had a very bad experience with this company. No assistance with a resolution. The brokers in charge didnt understand the legal process for my sale. We did enjoy our agent.

4 years agoJoe Hammel of Keller Williams Realty was amazing! He went above and beyond what was expected of a realtor, through his attentiveness, feedback, and professionalism. He responded to all our of questions and concerns promptly and thoroughly! Our house sold less than 24 hours after being listed AND....sold for over asking price!! If you are looking for someone that is going to reallyย work for you, then you should "Go with Joe"!!!

6 years agoI called this office looking for a real estate agent, they referred me to Agent Jason Manuck. Jason did a great job and treated me like a family. He went above and beyond just to help me find a place that I love. He was sincere, honest, and hardworking man. We need few more people like Jason on this earth.

7 years agoWould not recommend to anyone! After purchasing a home last May and receiving possession in September, we found there was mold in 2 closets that could not be seen due to the prior owners filling the closets. After contacting my realtor, they stated this is why money was in escrow and to have a mold inspector come out and send the bills back to her to be reimbursed. After doing all this, it is now May of the next year and still have not been reimbursed. I have contacted the office via phone and e-mail and my realtor via phone, e-mail, and text with no reply. DO NOT USE KELLER WILLIAMS TROY! They are a scam and all they want is their money and not the benefit of their customers!
