I called this lawyer today just to inquire about a very simple matter. First, the secretary told me to send $150 via Zelle for the lawyer to even speak with me. Five minutes later, the lawyer called me and asked about the case. It wasn’t even a case; I just wanted some advice and hadn’t considered hiring a lawyer. I started to explain, but he interrupted me, saying, “I’m not a supermarket, I’m a lawyer and I have an office with procedures.” He was very aggressive and rude, and I couldn’t continue the conversation. I told him I would call the secretary to make an appointment and hung up. Unfortunately, this is not the behavior one would expect from a lawyer, and the phrase “I’m not a supermarket” is entirely inappropriate for a lawyer to say. I gave one star only so I could write a comment; otherwise, it doesn’t even deserve one star.
