a month agoQuality products and excellent prices. I see that there are some comments about the meat but I don't get meat there, just the staples on the shelves and freshly packaged meals/snacks. They have hibiscus flowers and the plastic-wrapped dates and figs are good, all fresh, as are the spinach and cheese pastries that can be reheated. Noticing the prices while browsing the shelves, I happened to comment to them that prices are better than most places I've seen in the area. They actually won awards in 2008 and 2009 from Washingtonian for Best Bargain, so the paper thought the same thing some years back (I posted the picture here). I think the staples like lentils and rice are good deals for families. I'll leave the discussion of meats to others. By the way, I once tried camel's milk there, which is a "super milk" and was very good, stronger than goat's milk, but unfortunately I didn't see it in stock last time. Anyway, I hope things get sorted out with the meat issues people are complaining about because overall it's very good and staff are nice. I like the compact nature of the store. I've gone in a few times late night and there was no wait.

2 months agoDo not support this business. The management is very nasty and very racist towards Black people. I was even overcharged and when I returned for my money he made it seem like i complained about nothing. If I wanted to donate an extra $10 I would have. No apology no sincerity. Visited two other times and still nasty services. He also charged me an additional dollar than marked on a lot of the prices. Some products are clearly old on the shelf including jarred madous

4 months agoShop has a good selection but I recommend they retire that old man who works there . Maybe the way he treats people is normal where heโs from (hey every country is different) but that does not work here. No respect at all tells me to wait for no reason yells at me when I ask him something โIโm busy now I donโt have timeโ after I just dropped 400$ to buy meat. If customer pays this much have atleast a minute to answer a question !!!

3 months agoOne of the worst butcher shops I have ever been at. I drove 40 minutes to that place to buy beef bones to make the broth,I trusted what the man gave me based on my friendโs recommendation, I came home open the bag and the bones smelled bad, I washed the bones first, boiled them in water, but nothing helped, the bad smell was all over my house. I will never recommend Lebanese butcher to anyone. I called today at 11:30 and asked to speak to the owner,a man said I am his brothe,he got busy and said I will call you back and hang up the phone. Great service!

4 months agoThey will overcharge you. Sad to see fellow Muslims overcharge for meat for a few extra dollars without any shame. Got charged $5 for a small juice. I'm surprised how they are still in business with all the reviews saying all the same negative things. Go support honest Muslim business elsewhere.
