combining a love of fine dining and Kurdish food under one roof, esteemed chef Comert Kurdistan brings the best, authentic Mediterranean cuisine to Ohio.
This is an authentic, old school restaurant experience. Executive Chef/Owner is involved and ensures you are well taken care of. Feel free to ask for guidance on how to best enjoy Kurdish cuisine and set back and relax. I am surprised there isn't a line to get in the place. You won't find this level of quality at your local chain restaurant!!!
We ordered take out, and food was delicious despite more than an hour after we got the food. Lamb and gyro were very well seasoned and the desert is my kids favorite. Weโll definitely come back again!
Went there for a work lunch with a group of six or seven. First one of our party tried to order the burger, and the waiter told him that that was only for carryout and not for dine-in. When we tried to order it carry out he said it was unavailable.
Similar to others, I found the food a little underwhelming. The pita and olive oil at the start of the meal was amazing. I got the falafel with rice, and I ended up giving my leftovers to one of my co-workers. Just underwhelming not a lot of flavor. Strange! Aftertaste.
Turned into a 2-hour lunch with how long it took them to cook our food. And there was only one other table there with one person at it.
We placed an order by phone and picked it up for carry out. The order was filled correctly and everything was delicious! We ordered chicken kabobs, hummus, eggplant in sauce, red lentil soup, grilled shrimp and chicken thighs. OMG! We had so much food and everything was wonderful. I especially liked the hummus and eggplant. A generous portion of naan and a small loaf of bread was included with our order. Each dish - the shrimp, chicken kabob and chicken thighs were served with a generous helping of rice and greens and eggplant was included in the shrimp dish. All in all it was a wonderful meal and it was reasonably priced!
