Best Mediterranean food in North Austin! The food is fresh and delicious. The staff are always nice. I love their Specialty over Rice with Gyro. It's an entire meal with salad, rice, veggies, and flavorful gyro meat, with some tangy and mild spicy sauces. Please give Leyla's a try if you are in Cedar Park in NW Austin. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and I forgot to mention their baclava...Flaky, sweet, nutty, chewy, lots of honey...it's so good!
Quite simply put - this is one of our new favorite places to eat in Cedar Park.
As soon as you walk in, it feels joyfully but yet unassumingly Welcoming.
The staff is very courteous. Willing to explain anything.
Food is probably some of the best I've had - even compared to when we temporarily stayed overseas.
We tried several entrees and sides - All worth coming back for.
Meet your friend here, or order to go, but no matter what - Definitely try this place, regards of your dietary preferences. Everyone will love it.
Delicious! We ordered the chicken plate and falafel. Both delicious. Staff is super kind. They gave us a baklava to try since it was our first time. OMG it was heaven! We will definitely be coming back!
The boys at Leylas are so kind and welcoming! I normally get the chicken zinger wrap (delicious) because my friend turned me on to it. Today I wanted to try something new, so they recommended the kafta. It was so good and flavorful, and the plate comes with so much food! I added feta because cheese (duh), but it really didn’t even need it. It came with a pita too (not pictured). Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience at Leila's Mediterranean Cafe! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the place is spotless. I ordered the chicken plate with rice and the hummus was absolutely amazing. Our family from out of town also enjoyed their choices, particularly the chicken seekh kabab and falafel, which were fantastic. The only thing that didn't quite hit the mark for us was the chicken shawarma wrap. It just felt like a basic wrap.
To top our meal off we tried their in-house baklava, and it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal. I'll definitely be returning for more!
