Chef Lusy Gradzhyan shares family recipes for authentic Mediterranean food with patrons who savored taste and quality. Every day, we focus on creating healthy, freshly-prepared cuisine, never sourcing ingredients from pre-made sauces, packaged foods, or canned ingredients. We select fresh vegetables, meats and seasonings. The recipes were taught to Lusy by her grandmother in Armenia and have been passed down through generations of her family with Syrian, Lebanese, and Mediterranean influences. Staying true to her grandmother's belief that every dish requires equal parts culinary skill and love, Chef Lusy personally prepares these dishes or oversees the dedicated kitchen staff she has trained. At Lucy's, we believe if you come once, you are a friend. Come twice and you're family. History Lusy's Encino opened in April 2018. The first Lusy's opened its doors in 2006. Our restaurant serves a variety of authentic Mediterranean cuisine. From an array of salads and appetizers to grilled beef and chicken kebabs, beef and chicken shawarma, tasty gyros, and homemade chicken, our dishes can satisfy any craving.
