My family and I have been going to this facility for years. (When it was under the name Gentle Dentistry it was wonderful! ) Since the change to smile makers I have experienced more problems in the current year than I ever had in the years before. Billing issues, issues with appointment scheduling, and issues with the services received. I Do not recommend. Save yourself time, pain, and frustration, and go elsewhere.

This used to be a great practice when Dr Aria owned and ran it. Since the change in ownership: * less friendly staff and hygienists. Barely ever even see the doctor. * unprofessional staff - Last cleaning had me wait 30 minutes, took X-rays and more X-rays and some 3d imager things. Never had a hand or tool in my mouth, not one single person looked at my teeth. Then the hygienist told me AI diagnosed something and suggested a “deep cleaning”. I told them not to upsell me. Then the hygienist suggested it was “the silent killer”. I was there 6 months prior for a cleaning and no remarks like that. My decent brushing habits haven’t changed. And now I’m being told I’m going to die from not brushing well enough or something? Ridiculous. * repeated billing mistakes. My family has had a number of procedures there for years. Every time we have paid the copay or amount due at time of service and that has been that. New owners sent bills for services even after paying in person. Couldn’t get anyone from billing department to call and explain it to me * more painful cleanings. Myself and two of four children agree that the new staff or procedures are not as gentle as previously Taking my business elsewhere now. Shame that Dr Aria sold the place to these people.

Excellent customer service! I called as a new patient to have an appointment made regarding pain and discomfort with an existing crown. Not only were they able to fit me in the same day for an exam, but they were also able to accommodate a cleaning the same day as well. Ultimately, I had to be referred to a specialists for my tooth pain and discomfort, but this experience was nothing short of excellent!

simona, dr. Léela, Brenda, Karina were all such great help. It was my first visit and they took great care of me and explained everything so I could understand. Amazing service!

SmileMakers is Awesome ,I cannot say enough There 5 minutes and completely relaxed . The entire staff goes above and beyond Dr.Gedela is fantastic quick and prompt showing constant concern making sure I felt no pain . Along w all her assistants Cindy,Courtney and Simona who I thought was the Dr she handled a surgical clean w such ease . they all work so well w the Dr. making me as comfortable as could be . Skyler and Florella have taking so much time in assisting w insurance and I cannot express how happy I am to look at my new Smile. Amazing staff
