I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hair salon. The stylist was rude and inconsiderate throughout my visit. Initially, she quoted me $150 for highlights, taking into account that my hair is thin and short. I specifically requested to avoid an orange color, to which she agreed. However, the service quickly went downhill from there. Not only did the stylist charge me $300 instead of the agreed-upon $150, but the highlights she applied turned out to be a bright orange color, completely disregarding my preferences. To make matters worse, she began working on my hair at 11 am and left me unattended multiple times to attend to other customers. I was left waiting for six hours straight, feeling neglected and frustrated. By the end of the ordeal, I found myself pleading with her to finish my hair. This level of unprofessionalism, overcharging, and disregard for my preferences is completely unacceptable. I left the salon feeling dissatisfied and disrespected. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment for anyone seeking a quality and respectful hairdressing experience."

I needed to get a haircut and blow dry for my niece and I this past weekend and stumbled upon this salon. I was charged $45 for the cut and $50 for the blow dry each. This place absolutely has no business charging this much. Most salons charge at most $30 for cut and same for blow dry. If you’re going to charge an outrageous price, your salon has to be in high demand or have some other type of wow factor. What we got is mediocre work. However, this is partly my fault because I didn’t ask what their prices are ahead of them, so lesson learned there. However, what really pushed me over the edge is the fact that I got charged an extra $50 just to curl the ends of the hair. My niece’s hair is a bit long and the hairdresser said she couldn’t curl the ends with the blow dryer and said she would use the curling iron. I didn’t think that was an extra $50 charge. The curls were flat by the time we got home. It wasn’t supposed to be something extra. No respectable salon would blow dry the hair straight down, unless you ask for it. So curling the ends is a service included with the blow dry. If I was going to be charged extra just to curl the ends, a heads up would have been nice. Judging by the other reviews, many agree that this is unreasonable. I didn’t think I needed to do thorough research for getting the simplest service done at a salon, but will definitely have to in the future.

i came in for a hairstyle and she recommended a style for me that suited my hair that i didn’t even consider. She worked quick and took such care with my hair. She loved how it came out as did I and put her all into it. I added some hairspray at home before i left the house for the event and it held pretty good for the 6 hours i was out. I highly recommend her for hairstyle or blowdry
