Red 1 is an awesome brokerage. There is always some kind of training or CE class going on. They provide so many resources online that cover just about any question you could have. You can always get a quick response from one of the brokers if you need help. We have a great time at all the realtor/family events. All of this and more included in low fees leaving more income for myself. Love the people here!

I was contacted on FB Marketplace by ANTHONY (AJ) BENNETT regarding a home that my husband and I had listed FOR SALE BY OWNER. He offered his services for a discounted rate and proceeded to enlighten me on all the millions of dollars of homes he had sold with one recent being over $21,000 asking price. I explained our specific situation as to why we choose to do FSBO and that we were not interested in a realtor at this time. Anthony was persistent in gaining information regarding probate and offering to do title searches for free, blah,blah,blah…… I told him the home was not in probate and he still wanted to do a “FREE” title search because other clients he worked with in the past was in a probate situation that was held up 3 months. I told him our attorney advised us otherwise. I just took it as he was trying to make a living knowing in the back of my head something was sketchy with him. Now I had spoken to many realtors but not one of them gave me this song and dance. I politely told him, I would keep him in mind if we changed our mind. We ended up hiring a realtor a month later. He contacted me again via FB MESSENGER. I told him we had hired a realtor. Then, his sarcasm started implying the reason our house didn’t sell was because it was priced too high and that it will just sit there but good luck. Again, I respectfully responded and told him that I would pass on his advice to our new realtor with 27 years under her belt. He responded with this emoji 🤣 and then blocked me so I couldn’t respond. UNPROFESSIONAL ON EVERY LEVEL! Mr. Bennett, you may sell million dollar home but your attitude, demeanor, and professionalism is not worth 2 CENTS! I would not recommend Anthony Bennetts services if he were the last realtor standing, nor the company he works for RED 1 REALITY!
