2 months agoThis was a refreshing change for me. I hadnโt tried Yemeni food and thought this would be a good start. Itโs in a decent location with adequate parking, which always helps. Immediately upon going in we were greeted and seated. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. As to the environment, it is casual and relaxing. The menu looked great and there were several things I wanted to try so my wife and I ordered several things we could share. Everything we tried was delicious, which included lentil soup, fatoush salad with pita bread, chicken haneeth (so tender with wonderful flavor), and saltah, which was vegetarian but honestly my favorite dish. Wonderful.

6 months agoMarib: A Hidden Gem for Authentic Yemeni Cuisine!!! I've been a loyal patron of Marib for a while now, and it's become a place I can always count on for a fantastic meal. They've consistently impressed me, no matter what I order. Whether it's a mouthwatering main course or a delightful dessert, I always leave Marib feeling satisfied and happy. Marib is especially exceptional during Ramadan. Their Iftar buffet is a must-try for anyone looking for a delicious and memorable way to break their fast. It's not just about the food (which is, of course, incredible), but the whole experience. If you're looking for authentic Yemeni cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere, Marib is the place to go. I highly recommend it!

5 months agoClean and pretty decorative restaurant. The staff is beyond helpful and polite. The tables are beautifully set and they have a plate with dates covered in plastic wrap. They also do catering. The food is presented nicely but not outstanding in taste. The falafel wasnโt cooked well enough and just tasted like raw garlic and way overpriced ($8 for 4 pieces). The rice was over cooked and spongy, not like classic basmati rice. The prices do not reflect the quality of the food.

6 months agoMarib is a must-try! This my first time trying Yemeni food. The food is fresh and tasty, with standout beverages like the refreshing lime juice with mint. But what really made our experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by Ahmed. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and truly passionate about ensuring a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommended for the food and service, especially if Ahmed is your waiter!
