Mario and his assistant Amanda extremely professional and knowledgeable. Moving to Michigan from another state, I am so glad I had MARIO on my side to help me find the perfect home! MARIO offered to check out condos for me and video chat the walk through when I couldn't travel to Michigan, and worked around my schedule when I was able to come and do remote closing. Mario would be very honest during the walk through and point out things like if the carpet or sliding doors were old and needed to be changed and the possible cost of changing them, if there was a smell in the condo, if the floors would creak as He walked through the condo , etc. So even when it was a video tour, I felt like I got a good picture of how the condo was. I would recommend Mario to all of my family and friends. 5 stars all the way!!!
