11 years agoMY FIRST TIME HOMEBUYER EXPERIENCE WITH MARK AHMAD WAS HORRIBLE. HE DIDNT BOTHER TO TELL ME SIMPLE THINGS LIKE ELECTRICAL PANEL WAS FUSE NOT CIRCUIT BREAKER (CODE VOILATION/FIRE HAZORD). BEFORE SIGNING CONTRACT ANY "PROFESSIONAL" REALTOR WOULDVE WARNED THEIR CLIENT ABOUT THAT AND THE MANY OTHER ISSUES ON THE HOME HE CLAIMED TO ONLY NEED CONCRETE WALKWAYS, FLOORS REFINISHED AND OFCOURSE "JUST NEED TO MOVE IN THE WIFE" LINE. REFFERALS FROM HIM WERE RUBBERSTAMPERS TO GET MORE REFFERALS OFCOURSE. HOME BUYING PROCESS ISNT ETHICAL OR WELL REGUATED, PROTECT YOURSELF!
