2 years agoFirst, let me start by saying that Marwan is trustworthy and treats you like family. You will not go wrong when you have him as your agent. We met Marwan when we were looking for a house in Chula Vista. We were trying to find a house while living in the Bay Area, so it was very challenging to see houses in a seller's market. From the start, Marwan was friendly, had a high degree of professionalism, and was great at follow through. He was patient with our questions and we never felt neglected. He would set up house viewings in a timely way in person when we were in town or on zoom. He even met with my brother and mother who lived in San Diego to look at houses. This was very important since it was a seller's market, houses were being bought quickly, and we had to act quickly. He is very knowledgeable about the real estate process and highly skilled in the art of negotiations. Sometimes we would not know why we did or did not like a house, and he was able to ask us questions to help us hone into what we wanted. He advocated for us and acted in our best interests. For example, we made a bid for a house, and had second thoughts after the deposit was made, and he was able to get our deposit back. Another example was during negotiations, he was able to get the solar panel contract paid for by the seller when originally, it was going to be us. My wife is an awesome cook, and he was able to get the professional stove and hood without additional costs. The best part of this process is that we got a beautiful house, and Marwan as our first friend in Chula Vista.
