Worst office ever! I was seeing Dr Patel, and I really like her but I am looking for a new doctor currently and it is the office staff's fault. Several times now they've made a mistake with paperwork, causing me to not be able to get blood work and then my appointment being canceled. I called today to confirm my appointment for tomorrow because I hadn't received a call from them. I was just in the hospital with high potassium levels and really need it to see them but since I had an appointment scheduled, I figured it wouldn't be a problem. When I called the lady told me they didn't have me scheduled for tomorrow, but I had definitely put them on my calendar for tomorrow. So now, I don't have a kidney doctor to see when I was just in the hospital for a kidney issues. Do not come here.
Doctor is very good. Very thorough. Recent two visits. I had to wait for more than an hour. Today I waited for 2 and a half hours in waiting room, while a "doctor" patient was whisked in within 5 minutes of arrival. Favoritism ? I think by asking about wait time, the staff put other patients who came after
me ahead of me.
All told, it was three hours when I left the office.
Wonderful doctor I would tell everybody to go to him , he on point and there for you. Kidney failure is no joke and you need the best to look over you and doctor Al'Talib is the best . God bless
