5 years agoThe girls who work on the front desk/phones are incompetent. I have tried to get an appointment for weeks. Everytime one is set up, I get at least one or two calls the following week to reschedule. After three tries and three weeks, i finally give up! I'm sure the Doctors are ok, but the front office admin are idiots.

a year agoAbsolutely horrible experience, they made my elderly parents to wait for more than 1hr 30 mins for 12:30 Afternoon Appointments, and took multiple patients who arrived way after 12:30
