2 months agoUpdate- ive called the number provided below and no one answers to route me to kerrie. You can call me. Dr June always pleasant. However its impossible to get an infusion. Left voicemail. Came in person to wait after meeting Mr. Sun was giving a card to make the appt. Still no appt. Received the results on my own. Still no appts. Nice location but it means nothing if you can't service me.

10 months agoThe team members were very courteous and professional. Dr Menedoza explained and was very thorough with my health issues. The experience I had made me feel very comfortable and thatโs what I expected to make my health decisions easier to understand.

a year agoFirstly, everyone (phlebotomists, check in desk, docs, infusion nurses, doctors) are very, very nice and pleasant. However, scheduling for infusions is awful. After multiple calls without ever getting a return I called another location and had them make me an appointment. This is so stupid. It's 2023 install an online scheduler since the woman who does it is clearly not able to handle the workload.

a year agoHad Dr. Mendoza he was nice and the staff was as well. However, I didnโt like how my blood pressure was taken on the same arm in the same spot that I had just had a lot of blood drawn from 5 minutes prior. It hurt so bad !! This is my only complaint. For the future I recommend taking it in the opposite arm or taking it before the blood is drawn.

a year agoThis is a GREAT place. Everyone is so respectful n courteous. Greet u with a smile and they see you at your appointment time. Doctor's and staff are WONDERFUL !!!!!! .
