The waiting area was also immaculate and inviting, with beautiful artwork creating a calming atmosphere. Great attention has been given to every detail to provide a comfortable experience for patients. I would also like to thank Wayne, the phlebotomist who warmly welcomed me upon arrival. His sense of humor, kindness, and willingness to engage in conversation made a lasting impact on me. Despite feeling nervous, Wayne's expertise made the blood draw process painless and efficient. I truly appreciate his professionalism. The Short Wait Time: ********************** After checking in, I only had to wait less than ten minutes before being seen. The waiting area was not crowded, indicating that this facility excels in scheduling and prioritizing its patients' time. If I had needed to wait, I would have been comfortable doing so because there was coffee; how considerate! They value efficiency and strive to ensure that no one is overlooked. Overall, my experience at Maryland Oncology Hematology - Silver Spring White Oak Cancer Center was exceptional, thanks to their convenient parking options and outstanding customer service provided by Isabelle, Wayne, and the team.

I would like to Thank the Staff at White Oak Cancer Center, especially Nurse Tonya White. I am receiving Radiation and my anxiety levels are off the charts, but Ms. Tonya has been so kind to me, holding my hand, remembering what works and does not work when it comes to my comfort in the Radiation room. The entire staff is also amazing. I shared with Ms. Mia and Ms. Tonya, a late appointment would not work for me because my night vision is zero and I drive myself to the Cancer Center. They worked tirelessly to find me an appointment time where I can arrive home before dark. I am so grateful for White Oak Cancer Center and their kind and professional staff. I am upset that I have Cancer but it is wonderful to visit a Center where everyone realizes you are on a journey and try their best to not add any stress to your life. So, again A Big Thank You to You All.

The Entire staff is very friendly and professional. There is rarely any wait time. They always take you right away. Dr. Min is fantastic. Extremely professional and a wonderful personality. He explains everything in great detail.

If you or a loved one is in search of the absolute BEST oncologist gynecologist, your search is over. Dr. Barter is so incredibly genuine, caring, calming, kind, patient and down to earth. I knew the moment I met him I was in the most knowledgeable hands and he would go over and beyond to ensure my surgery was successful. Additionally, literally everyone who works with him is amazing. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Barter, his staff and team (in his office and at Holy Cross). Truly the best care anyone could ever receive.

I had an excellent experience from the very beginning. Starting from the office attendant, she was very pleasant. The doctor answered all my questions ++, their business officer was very knowledgeable answer my insurance questions. The nurses are excellent, they go above and beyond their duty...Such big hearts 💕 can't thank them enough.
