My daughterโs been with this doctor since birth. I changed her doctor for two months and decided to come back. Their policy is that they accept new patients but they donโt accept old patients which is pretty stupid. They donโt even tell their patients this and itโs not even written anywhere, what a shame.
The staff there is very rude and disrespectful. The doctor is nice but when it comes to appointments itโs Hard to get an appointment with them. I donโt recommend them at all I mean if youโre going to have your staff that are very disrespectful to your patients then people are going to stop going to this doctor. I had an incident that happened to me with them a couple days ago and one of the staff that works there was yelling and very rude to me and she started making stories up that I was the one that was yelling at first and I wasnโt and she even lied to the doctor saying that Iโm causing problems which I wasnโt she was very very rude and disrespectful and the doctor was defending her like he was trying to just shut me up because I was explaining the situation and and she just kept yelling. And he is not the best doctor out there for kids if you are okay with your staff being rude to your patients thats not okay.
The best pediatrician! Staff is great! Weโre always in and out within an hour. Dr. Hamameh is amazing at what he does, always puts my mind at ease. Wouldnโt take my kids anywhere else!

They tell you they only go by appointments.And when you make an appointment We sit there all day and they allow walk in before you. And when you call them they are rude and donโt care about your kids they tell you this is what we have and if your not satisfied take them to a different doctor. After todayโs call I will take my 3 kids to a different doctor.
