2 weeks agoTerrible company, was unable to record my mother's insurance information correctly so we were billed when it should have been covered. Then when my mother requested a itemized invoice for a payment they are unable to send her a copy, she has to wait 7 to 10 business days for it in the mail. Kind of insane in 2024, do you not own a fax or scanner? As a medical company you should be able to provide an itemized bill when you collect payment.
