I would like to thank Dr. Margaret Stevenson and the cardiology team for the exceptional professional services and courtesies that were extended to me during my visit on August 26, 2024. From the time I entered and throughout my visit, I was treated with kindness, courtesy, patience and compassion. My day began with a warm greeting during check-in, followed by delightful conversation during vitals and then a caring, comprehensive consult with Dr. Stevenson. Even during check-out, once again this team showed care and concern in ensuring that I had all of my instructions. They took the time to really make me feel valued and I thank them individually and collectively. I appreciate everything that was done for me today.

From the very beginning of my visit until the last moment, I was treated with care, concern and kindness. Everyone was exceptionally professional and gracious. I left feeling that I had had one of the most thorough medical evaluations I have ever had. From the ultrasound technologist to the medical assistant, the physician's assistant and Dr. Kiguchi herself, I received truly five-star care.

I love that this hospital is a teaching institution as well as a medical center. I can see the insistence of the training showing through with the way that I am dealt with from the beginning of my visit right to the end. All of my visits have been pleasant experiences of the years. I enjoy interacting with my Doctors and it seems that they are either Instructors or previous students of Georgetown U hospital. I hope their methods of operating just keep getting better, but at least stay as good as they are.

The staff seems to be very knowledgeable courteous and patient. They go over in great detail what they believe to be the issue and a course of action to fix it. Dr Reynolds has a very positive attitude and a lot of insight into his treatments and procedures.

Georgetown University Hospital Heart and Vascular Surgery Center is outstanding. The entire department was dedicated to helping patients improve their physical conditions. Every department and staff member was exceptional in customer service. Thank you for sharing your expertise with me.
