2 months agoI can say what a great organization property . Cleaness awesome Staff knowledge and behavior above than superior. Material supply. Fantastic . Main important- staff including security, Nurse . Doctor-cleaning - kitchen are awesome and very polite and kind and smily face and ready to help anytime for anything . Location - Perfect Seaview Lastly , i would say what such Great team withing hospital .

2 months agoDr. Smith is amazing! She spent about 20 minutes explaining EVERYTHING I needed to know about the new diagnosis. She also explained in detail my results and the new treatment and options and I was started on the treatment right away. The front desk staff is also very helpful and friendly. There are 2 things that I believe could be improved: 1) there are no tissues in the exam rooms (it can be hard to receive a diagnosis and I started crying). 2) I requested my meds to be sent to a the pharmacy I had listed TWICE and these were still sent somewhere else.

a month agoDr. Lanaya Smith is the best! She is so thorough. Did not felt rushed at all. She explains every little detail and makes sure you understand the care plan well. I would 200% recommend her. Also the front desk staff was very helpful.!!!

3 months agoDr. Smith and her staff are the kindest. I donโt dread going to my appointments because of the sincere concern and willingness to make one feel better. Dr. Smith takes her time to examine me , I donโt feel like Iโm at some assembly line. Iโm a baby bloomer, from the front desk to Dr. Smith they take the time to assure I am comfortable and understand what is going on .

a week agoWe had a really nice experience here! We live in Towson so are much more used to the St. Joes/GBMC hospital situations, and have had experience with the Hopkins mega-plex for various more complex needs. Our adult child had an acute issue come up and needed immediate care and Harbor Hospital was closest to his workplace. He spent several days here and had surgery. We had an excellent experience in the ER and with inpatient & surgical units/staff. A lovely little gem of a hospital overall!
