a week agoI have been a patient for the past 2 1/2 years. I received GREAT care when I initially started with this department. This past Friday and Monday I tried NUMEROUS times to call and make an appointment. Was on the phone waiting for 17 minutes, 14 minutes, and 11 minutes. No one ever picked up.

3 months agoI would give zero if possible. NO LIVE PERSON ever answers the variety of phone numbers listed for Mercy Gastro locations. Just a horrible circle you can never get out of to talk to someone. Absolutely horrid!!!

7 months agoYesterday gave a poor review based on my experiences. Today received a call from the manager who was very proactive; no defending mistakes made with excuses; followed through and got things done. Based on this and past experiences with clinic definitely feel they deserve a much higher review as this interaction definitely meets the expectations I have for a MetcyOne facility.

4 months agoItโs impossible to get anyone on the phone here. Multiple days, multiple calls per day you will not get them to answer the phone.
