5 months ago6/13/2024. I just drove 15 miles to get to my 6 month check up. Was told that the person I was supposed to see was no longer with them. They could not give me anytime in the foreseeable future for another appointment. No idea as to what to do now. I guess their thoughts are take your business elsewhere.

2 years agoMy husband had a pacemaker, and new valve replaced about a month ago. The road has not been easy and heโs had issues every step of the way. We are trying to understand all of this and how everything is working or not. This appointment left us with more questions and very frustrated. Megan Eastman was rude and condescending. We asked to speak with the doctor and denied that opportunity when we felt more confused than ever. We leave for our winter home and wanted to make sure we felt comfortable. When we asked for a referral to have there, she told us we have friends, ask them. I have never been treated so poorly by a professional in this space. To say we are overwhelmed and confused is an understatement. My husband has had over 3,000 โincidentsโ recorded on his pacemaker in just the last 30 days. To say we are trying to get to the bottom of it is an understatement. I left there in tears!!!
