a year agoDo not use Jordan Mcbride as a dual agent. She did not write anything in the contract that we asked and everything as done verbal. Everything was verbal and she screwed us over. Her communication between all parties was the worst. We were told things were staying and they gutted the house and vandilazed it after our walk thru. She lied about our cleaners not being able to show when after talking to the cleaners they did show but the sellers were still in the home. Turns out she was friends with the sellers and was only on there side. She brought her kids to show the house She appears professional but after the process I feel lied to and very betrayed
