I had a wonderful experience with Rasheeda, who performed my laser facial. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Her expertise and kindness made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, and I had originally wanted to return because of her excellent service. I’ve decided not to return to this clinic due to several negative experiences with the front desk staff. The first issue occurred when I called to return a product. The person I spoke with sounded irritated and dismissive. When I arrived at the clinic to make the return, I saw one of the staff members roll her eyes and say, “It’s the girl with the return.” This behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. The second incident happened when I tried to reschedule an appointment. The staff was once again unfriendly and dismissive, treating me as though I was inconveniencing them by trying to make a change. After this, I chose to cancel my appointment and do laser facial treatments elsewhere. This kind of dismissive behavior from the front desk is unacceptable for a clinic where customers pay for high-quality services. The front desk is the first point of contact for clients, and they should be welcoming, positive, and professional. I hope the clinic makes improvements in this, as it affects the overall experience for clients.

There is no one in the world of dermatology that I would trust more than Melda Isaak. I have been her client for years and not once has she disappointed me. She is always precise, considerate, thoughtful, professional, and deeply knowledgeable. It is so easy to go overboard with treatments and very often dermatologists approach their practice as business, but Melda is one of the rare professionals who is genuinely concerned about her clients. So far I have had 2 laser treatments and I am not disappointed at all. Sheda has been amazing! Her personality alone made me feel super comfortable like we already knew each other. She took her time explaining the process as well as every step she took when doing my laser. Also, shoutout to the ladies at the front desk who are very welcoming. If you are planning on getting a laser treatments please be sure to ask for Sheda. You won’t regret it!

I got laser hair removal done on my legs by Sheda. She was very patient, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel very comfortable. I’d definitely recommend!

I have had persistent skin issues and for the first time was given new products to try after decades of the same products. Excited to come back and visit the practice for follow up appointments and treatments. Highly recommend.
