3 years agoWorked with an absolutely incredible agent - Colleen Sabina - to sell our home in Philadelphia and buy our new house in Bensalem. We were referred to her through our bank's (PFFCU) HomeAdvantage program, which gave us discounts off the agent commissions and cash back on both sides of the process. From the start, Colleen was extremely informative, patient, and confident about getting us through the whole process - playing the role of finance counselor, donut-toting "aunt" to my kids, cheerleader, therapist (lol), and more. She spent countless late nights answering our (many) questions, preparing and walking us through offers and forms, drove hours in all directions for showings, and made sure that nothing was going to fall through the cracks. Especially in this crazy market, she helped us find the best offer for our old house (no financing, waived inspections, month-to-month lease while we found our new place/moved), and made sure we jumped right on any new opportunities that were coming to market (like getting in touch with an agent/seller to put offers in before other people had a chance to). I highly recommend her!

4 years agoThese people are the WORST. I can't get their agents to stop cold calling me for a property I haven't owned in 15 years. Their "Team Leaders" are a joke and as far as I can tell no one in this office is accountable to or for anything. If they're like this BEFORE you sign a contract, imagine what they'll be like after!!!

6 years agoSlow agents. They respond to you when they feel like it. They will take your $40+ per applicant in a heartbeat. Don't go to them!!

6 years agoI'm getting really disappointed with the way this office is handling my family buying a house we are about to call it off, make sure they bring all the house informacion because they like to skip a lot off stuff like the house is a foreclosure by a bank or when you ask for a ready to move in home don't have any secrets like busted drain pipes
