a year agoAbsolute worst experience of my life. I had to have a temporary crown removed and while Dr. Mohammad Elkhatib and his dental assistant took turns trying to yank it out, Dr. Elkhatib busted my lip open in the process. I had a panic attack and was crying and his assistant and receptionists were literally laughing at me and then my crown was infected two days later. I went to another dentist and after getting other professional opinions, I decided to report Dr. Elkhatib and his assistant. When I called the office to try and get the assistants name, his receptionist was very rude and refused to give me her name after hanging up on me twice. Finally, I spoke to the dentist and explained everything that was wrong and I asked him to give me the name of the dental assistant that assisted with my procedure, Dr. Mohammad Elkhatib responded by telling me that he would not give me her name and he would send the police to my residence if I called back. He then hung up on me. Completely and absolutely unprofessional and outrageous. Negative five stars.
