2 months agoDr. Tylenda and her staff provide excellent patient care. She takes time to hear concerns of the patient and engage the patient in the treatment plan. I never feel rushed and always feel I have her undivided attention.

3 months agoI didnโt like my visit with NP Erica edge. I was a new patient so this was my first visit. She felt like a robotโฆI barely got to express my concern. She talks so fast, if youโre tired you wouldnโt be able to understand. The way she suggested things was kind of odd as well. Definitely not coming back.

2 months agoI just had a short follow up appointment with Dr. Carter, who I like very much. My low rating stems from the fact that they (technician who took me into the exam room, doctor, whoever was responsible?) left me in an exam room for 30-40 minutes and actually forgot about me. It was the last appointment of the day and they were locking up when I finally opened the door and called out to see if they'd forgotten about me. Yep, they had!
