Every dish on Nargila Grill’s Mediterranean-influenced menu is kosher, whether itโs a rack of short ribs, a grilled salmon steak, or a lamb kebab. But thatโs not the only way to feed a family: a Shabbat to Go menu lends dinner hosts a hand on Friday nights with meals that take all the performance pressure off the stove. Inside Nargilaโs dining room, guests may look up to find lacy glass sconces illuminating the varying brick and coral walls that add the feel of home. Woven rugs, hookahs, and mosaic tiles fill out the decor and provide a warm touch inspired by the East. Some guests even bring along a treasure of their ownโa chuppahโif they’re getting married at the restaurant.

3 years agoReally tasty Middle Eastern food! *I ordered for pickup* Have ordered here a few times and have gotten their Chicken Shish Kebab lunch special (served with 2 sides). I chose the Israeli salad and couscous with vegetables. I also got a side of the grilled vegetables, falafel platter, and some of the homemade Laffa bread (soooo good). All the food was really delicious, the only thing I didnโt like was that the falafels were served plopped in the hummus, which made them a bit soggy. If they had kept the falafels separate, that wouldโve been perfect. The chicken in the shish kebabs was also really tender and juicy. The lunch special is usually a small portion size, but I wish they included a bit more chicken. Overall would recommend! And I look forward to ordering here in the future when Iโm looking for yummy middle eastern food.

a year agoService 0. Kitchen 5. We asked for water, waiter first gives the bottled water. Nobody cleaned our table. An employee didn't like our service dogs. We never back here. I'm Not recommending this place.

2 years agoYummy food! Laffa comes out fresh!Portions are huge and sharable even. Look at how big this babaganoush app is! If you need kosher food, Nargila is a great option in NYC.
