a year agoFred Martin had a condo listed for a family member for ONE year. He required a one year contract, which as a realtor in Missouri, I would be embarrassed to even ask someone to sign. I would recommend Fred if you DON'T want to sell your property, you DON'T want professional pics taken, you DON'T want any open houses, and you DON'T want any proper marketing done on your property. I found another agent that did everything a reputable agent should do and it was SOLD within 45 days! Do your research before choosing an agent!

2 months ago# Intention # Please Go Find Another real state agency to buy your property. 4 years a go I hired them to buy a house and the House had has a foundation problem and their realtor NVER EVER TOLD ME ABOUT IT and here I am struggling now try to fix the house around $40K Please spend your money away from Un Honest Agency
