Dr. Havert and Dr. Cilenti are the best! They are attentive, available, caring and professional. Absolutely love them and have not one bad thing to say. Their office staff is nice and helpful as well!

Northern Virginia Family Practice is the best in every aspect! Our family members have been patients for nearly 10 years and we've never had such a great provider. Dr. Gardner is out primary but everyone from reception, labs, and nursing staff is professional and friendly and so very efficient. Dr. Gardner is former military and with many years of experience, we know that we are getting the very best care. I'm a health professional and I'm continually surprised and delighted with the concierge service. I look forward to many more years of wonderful health care.

It's a corporate practice, and needs improvement with bedside manner, such as relaying lab results to patients in a timely manner.

NVFP is the very best care you can receive. My primary doctor is Dr. Havert and she has been an absolute godsend. She is patient and open and willing to listen and isn’t dismissive when you tell her, “so, maybe this is nothing.. but…”. I have been dealing an issue that I knew wasn’t normal *for me* for YEARS but no other dr would listen. I would get the dismissive “oh, you are a mom” or “lose weight” or “yea, it’s aging”, but my labs were “fine”. Dr. Havert has been the only Dr. to sit down and say “huh. That’s no good. Let’s figure this out.” And the protocols we have experimented with have been LIFE CHANGING and I am starting to feel like my old self again. My children (who are little) see Dr. Gardner and he is so knowledgeable and also is so patient with me and the kids— thoroughly explaining to me what the issue is, how to manage it and/or when to call him. The staff are also incredibly nice and helpful. Their customer service is truly top notch. I tell everyone I meet about this practice. You cannot go wrong with any of the doctors!

I am relatively new to the practice & so far everything is perfect. No waiting, they answer the phone, spend quality time with the patient and genuinely care about the patient’s well-being. I’ve never in my life had a doctor spend this much time with me. She listened. Intently. I know she cares. I’m grateful to the friend who recommended this practice. I feel healthier already.
