The Doctors and nurses are great. Sadly I canโ€™t say the same thing about those who schedule your appointments from this location. I only go to the Manassas location which I love but unfortunately the Woodbridge location is the one that calls to sets your appointments and Iโ€™m guessing itโ€™s where they handle insurance authorizations. Me and Dr. Mokhtari spoke about my infusion being done this week at my preferred and most convenient location (Manassas), but I received zero calls for scheduling and zero communication as to why. I called the Woodbridge location several times to ask whatโ€™s going on (mainly because Iโ€™m having uncomfortable symptoms and would like to have the infusion as soon as I can) and was told that I was supposed to get a call on Monday but I never did. The third time I call they said they were going to forward my message to those who do the insurance authorizations but Iโ€™ve received zero communication. I actually called my insurance and turns out my infusion was approved since 5 days ago but the staff who schedule your appointments donโ€™t bother to notify you or call you for scheduling in a timely fashion. My most convenient location as I said is Manassas and theyโ€™re only open on Monday and Wednesday and it is now Thursday so the window has passed and Iโ€™m stuck another rest of the week and weekend without having being treated and stuck with symptoms that as many ppl know will stick around for a while during the time your body integrates the iron into your system. Iโ€™m a pretty patient person and very polite when I speak to workers and staff at any facility Iโ€™m dealing with and even during trying situations but it seems like the more patient you are the less they get moving so maybe I should find another company to go with? Iโ€™ve dealt with similar issues with past appointments and Iโ€™m now considering leaving the company all altogether. Itโ€™s messed up to deal with iron deficiency symptoms while these authorization and scheduling departments delay your treatment and loligags and provide you with zero communication. They need a brand new staff at this department and Iโ€™m sure theyโ€™d have a much better rating.

I have been a patient here for over a month. The doctors are great but the receptionist/appointment personnel has to be the worst I have ever experienced. It is a continuous struggle to make an appointment or even get a response back from their team. I have been hung up on multiple teams or been met with false promises of receiving a call back. It is already mentally exhausting to deal with my illness, but the continuous lack of importance or urgency shown by the front staff led me to a different office. What a shame.

I want to give the physicians 4 stars but I canโ€™t because front staff is horrible. As a receptionist in a healthcare office the communication between pts and front desk is inexcusable. If youโ€™re running late they donโ€™t call. If your feeling too sick to even come in they donโ€™t call til weeks later. I have โ€œcompletedโ€ treatment but still having difficulties. Even though the physicians & phlebotomist at this office are wonderful. Having a consistent schedule or even trying to get on the schedule is horrible. Will be getting my records to switch over

Honestly very disappointed with the front staff, doctors are great, but front end staff does not care nor respect their patients. With the conditions of the patients and sensitive nature of the matter that the office handles, the front staff have no urgency to schedule, get back to patients or care that theyโ€™ve called multiple times for confirmation. Will not be returning to this office as my health deserves better.

Absolutely love Dr Khosravi, an excellent physician. I appreciate the thoroughness of his care and his support. The front desk is another matter. I arrived this morning for an 8:10 appointment, along with another gentleman. We were standing outside of a locked building with no one there - with the exception of the Lab Corp team, who were inside ready to do their jobs. When we were let in at 8:15, they were completely unapologetic for the delay. When I asked why we were here at 8:10 and no one else was, I was told "Everyone was late today." No apology, nothing. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. And untrue because the Lab Corp team was there and ready to go.
