5 months agoNorthwest is a wonderful little hospital. I had a great experience a number of years ago and requested to go back, this time to their ER for tests. I found the staff to be welcoming, friendly and very professional. They treated me with respect, interest and were very efficient. Their staff seemed well-trained and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. I have been many other bigger and likely more well-financed hospitals throughout the years and in much nicer areas, but the care here outshines any I have experienced in the past 20 years. If youโve had poor hospital experiences in the past, I would highly recommend trying out Northwest Hospital as an alternative.

3 months agoI went in to get stitches in my thumb (I had a crazy incident that took a chuck of skin off my thumb) the team at Northwest was great. Everyone was very nice to me. I especially loved how quickly they were able to see me and handled me with care. It was a Sunday afternoon and the ER wasn't very busy. After my visit, northwest has a patient portal thats been checking up on me daily to see if i have any symptoms or questions. I think thats very convenient Thank you so much.

a year agoI found every member of the healthcare team I encountered at the Northwest Hospital Emergency Department to be very kind, compassionate, supportive, professional and friendly. The team spirit I observed was exceptional. I almost certainly felt I was not a patient anymore. Good impact ๐ฏ!

2 months agoI was treated nice and greeted very friendly. The intake process was quick. When taken back it was a quick process to have labs done. Dr.was informative and got me in and out in a timely fashion.

a month agoItโs a great hospital the people are nice but they dragged their feet for the stupidest reasons. Thereโs no way in hell I got here at 7:30pm It is 2 AM. Iโve been sitting in the same spot for three hours because they kept switching out people and nobody knows what the hell Iโm here for then I have to keep asking them. Is there anything else and nobody can give me a straight answer?
