Food: we tried grape leaves, hummus, shawarma, kafta, chicken kabob, tabbouleh, kibbeh. It was all excellent!
Service: excellent! Fast and very polite.
Atmosphere: very clean and you can feel the Mediterranean โvibeโ.
I have a soft spot for Mediterranean Lebanese cuisine, and when I crave its delicious flavors, this place always calls to me. The homemade meals create a cultural connection, with salads, lentil rice, and lamb offering delightful tastes. The owner's welcoming jokes and outstanding customer attention make it a home away from home. This spot has become my preferred destination, enjoying the finest Mediterranean food in Jacksonville at the same inviting kitchen table.
We traveled from Georgia to this family-owned restaurant with high ratings, expecting a warm welcome. Upon arrival, no one greeted us in the restaurant which is fine ig. We had to stand in line to place our order and then waited. The wife went from table to table checking on food satisfaction except ours. I ordered the chicken kebab with sautรฉed veggies and rice, the owner recommendation. My partner had the lamb gyro, which was okay. Unfortunately, my chicken kebab was extremely dry, and the veggies lacked seasoning. We also ordered baklava, which arrived only after we asked the husband. Overall, the service and food were not good!
The best Middle Eastern food in all of JAX! They use high end quality meats. The food is always fresh and it tastes authentic. This is my new go to spot and the hummas is homemade not out of a can. Donโt believe any negative reviews. This place is top notch
This place is a great little gem. The owner and staff are great and the food is excellent. The stuffed grape leaves and hummus are made fresh each morning. We try to stop by here when we are in the area. Along with their daily menu, they have several daily specials throughout the week. Today I tried the eggplant special. Excellent choice. We will return.
