If I could give zero I would. I recently was trying to buy a house I put in a offer and a woman from Keller realty asked my realtor if I was still interested to verify- if I said yes then we were to get the ball rolling.. so excited! After a instant reply she never did reply. 2 days later she called to say they decided to go with someone else. Fine, but THEN she called us back to let us know they ended up falling through and wanted to see if we were still interested... overly joyed again!!!!- with a huge YES we were once again disappointed with no reply!! Really weird and unprofessional. Buying a house is a big deal, shouldn’t ask people such a huge question just to not reply.

I submitted an application and paid a fee for a property and I later discovered that the property owner had already accepted another application and didn't even run a credit check on me, so they had no intention of considering me for the property. I asked for a refund and both the listing agent and broker for Keller Williams Realty said that the owner was the one that needed to refund me. I had no way of contacting the property owner as Keller Williams Realty was the mediator. So they failed at their jobs and allowed the property owner to take my money.

Keller Williams is a top notch real estate firm. Aleisha was absolutely wonderful to us. She found us the perfect home.
