3 weeks agoDr. Mona Fakih is an outstanding physician. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to her patients. During my appointment, she addressed all my concerns with care and clarity. The office is clean and well organized and I appreciated how timely my appointment was. I never felt rushed, and it was clear that Dr. Fakih genuinely cares about her patients well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

a month agoToday was my first visit to Dr. John Leahyโs office, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The parking lot was spacious, so finding a spot was hassle-free. The building itself was clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff was amazingโshe was not only efficient but also very kind and welcoming. My Medical Assistant was also very pleasant. When I met with Dr. Leahy, he took the time to sit down and thoroughly explain everything I needed to know. He communicated in a way that was easy to understand, even for someone without a medical background. While many doctors explain things, Dr. Leahy went the extra mile to make sure everything was crystal clear. Overall, I had a great first visit and highly recommend this office to anyone seeking quality care.

2 months agoIt was my first time visiting this place and it was a long wait time even with an appointment. But, once was in the back. The medical assistant was so nice very attentive, respectful, and understanding. Then, when I saw my doctor. I received the same treatment as well and i was comfortable. I had bad experience with other OB/GYN but I found a new home with them. I will see how it continue to go.

a month agoI waited 2 hours before I even got into an exam room, then another 45 minutes before the Dr came in the room. She spent less than 10 minutes in the room. I had a few issues I needed to address and was told if it gets worse we will reevaluate on your next visit in a year. Then a week later I got a text saying a prescription had been sent for me, no phone call or contact from the office saying why I even need the medication. Lena, the medical assistant, was the only positive aspect of my entire visit.
