Prepare to pay for parking! The lot is small barely any cars weโ€™re in the lot. I was told I needed to give up my keys which I was unaware of. I refused an explained I was unsure about that. Once I entered I saw there was barely people inside which was not an issue. security spoke but then got on her phone after she asked for I.d. I waited a minute for her to continue on her phone until she checked my purse. Once sat I was told to scan barcode which sent 3 messages just for the menu. The server explained that the process can be difficult for some.I ordered a crown apple lemon drop which had to be sent back because it was not pleasant. I then ordered the chicken pasta add spinach and waited on it to arrive. Appearance and visual seemed great at first. Once I unwrapped my silverware old food was still attached which made me have to ask for plastic ware. As soon as I was taking a bite barely able to chew my food the server stood over me asking โ€œhow is the foodโ€ โ€œis it goodโ€ โ€œdo you like itโ€? I couldnโ€™t even respond because I felt like I was being hounded and hovered over. She eventually walked away. The manager came over and I explained the food lacked flavor an was watery. I then put a spoon in it to show her how the sauce was falling as pure liquid an not secure. Bri as a manager was pleasant an gave a 50% off discount. I did not drink anything or get a chance to enjoy my food I barely was able to touch. I paid a $20 tab to sit an left. I would probably not return.

THEY STEAL ! And are dishonest. NEVER accept the โ€œFREE HOOKAHโ€ Visited here the other evening around 9 pm. First time here , walked into a pretty empty establishment asked for a table for two. They INSISTED we sit at the high top/bar area. The bartender offered a FREE hookah for โ€œjoiningโ€ them. We had two drinks. After I paid I realized I was charged for the hookah ,in which they calculated gratuity off what had been rang into the system. Why would you even ring in a free item and then โ€œdiscountโ€ it? (I included a picture of receipt so people can see how they charge you , then subtract it ) I even remember the bartender insisting we get two hookahs so we could get two different flavors , we declined . And I am glad we did . When I called in to speak to the manager . She immediately knew I was referring to hookah when I mentioned being charged for a free item. CLEARLY this is their gimmick. After going back and forth ,I asked did they have this policy anywhere in writing (typically restaurants do) she said NO. I asked for her name which she already stated at the beginning of the conversation and suddenly she could not remember . I ask for a corporate contact and she hung up. When I called back another employee claimed there was no manager available. I have no issues tipping accordingly , but duping people into paying more is crazy. We never once asked for hookah. DO NOT COME HERE . And I donโ€™t care what response they come on here to give, they are LIARS

I initially went for the hookah sale and aesthetics. Both were nice. I think they could enhance this place by improving the outside seating. The booths sat very low and wasnโ€™t very comfortable. They had detachable cushions. One of my friends said it was โ€œfake bougieโ€ lol. I couldnโ€™t help but to agree, I wasnโ€™t too happy about our drinks and the shots were expensive. Overall, it was worth experiencing.

The atmosphere is uninviting. I went around 6pm with reservations. We were searched and patted down to enter the restaurant. Makes me question if you have to do all that do I want to eat here. they charged an automatic 20%gratuity then ask for a tip. As if you don't know what gratuity means
