3 weeks agoI wish I could give negative star ratings. We booked for our group of 3 for massages, pedicures and manicures. They were not staffed to service us. Only 1 person received a massage (not great at all). All 3 of us had pedicures and all 3 were horrible. The pedicure chairs were old with “leather” peeling, one chair’s massager did not work, another the insert for the spa bubbles did not work. Two pedicures were with regular polish, but the polish was thin and the toes were not fully polished. The third pedicure was on acrylic nails, the new polish was applied without buffing the nails so of course when the new polish was applied it was chunky and the manicurist just kept applying more coats. There was only 1 person for all 3 pedicures. They had help at the end by who I think was the receptionist. She clearly had no idea how to apply nail polish. We made the wise decision to not have them attempt our manicures. I wish we had not paid for the ”services”. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Can’t figure out how to reply to the owners response, so editing my original review here… Dear owner: we were not late and you absolutely know this!! So in addition to sub par service you are also liars.

6 years agoI did a LOT of research before I booked a microblading appointment with Shay. It was my first time and I knew from looking at a lot of Instagram photos that you really need to get to know a particular person's work before you can choose with confidence. Just from her IG account, I was impressed by Shay's natural-looking work and her attention to different kinds of eyes and skin-types (I'm Asian). My actual experience could not have been better. Shay spent over an hour with me just figuring out the right shape and color, until I felt completely confident about proceeding. She made everything as painless as possible and gave me multiple opportunities to look and see if I was happy with how things were going. My aftercare experience was equally fantastic - Shay recommends the wet healing method, using Acquafor, and I would strongly recommend the same to anyone considering microblading - there was NO scabbing or drying out, NO redness, and NO fading or blurring. Within just a few days, they looked completely natural and perfect. At my one-month follow-up appointment, we touched a few spots here and there, but there really wasn't much to do. I STRONGLY recommend Shay and know that I, personally, will be a devoted customer for years to come. (sorry not sure why it posted the pictures twice)

a year agoFrom the moment you walk in, the experience is inviting. The women are kind and patient. The experience of the Moroccan bath was one I’ve never had but would definitely do again! It was soothing and relaxing. The loofah was INCREDIBLE! I planned to purchase one but they give you the loofah once the service is complete. Did I mention how soft my skin was?!?! This is a must do for any woman looking to treat herself to luxury
