Parsley Modern Mediterranean

It was close to the hotel we were staying so we decided to try it out! The place looks very clean and had nice decorations and lighting. The staff was very patient and polite when explaining how one orders from the menu and gave recommendations when asked. The ingredients looked fresh as well! The bowl was of a very good size and the portion was more than we could finish, we really enjoyed the pickled carrots and minty cream that they served us. However, we are giving 4/5 due to the temperature of the meat, it was almost cold despite being near heat so it was not as enjoyable as we had hoped it’d be. Overall the dish was good, but to us the meat was an important element that could not be overlooked.

Use to come here years ago sporadically… service was good back then… today however, as soon as I walked in all employees were in the back like they were hiding. It’s 30 minutes to closing and although it’s close to closing at least one person should always be present . Highly disappointed considering 3 people appeared once I stepped outside of the store… I even said “helloooo” to call for someone yet no one appeared. Do better . See pictures below.

Was here during memorial weekend, we almost made there at the last moment. Their falafels were so good. Liked their options in bowl sections. Their egg plant sauce and tahini were good. Since they were closed we ate outside where they had seating arrangement, which was not quite neat as we saw few cockroaches flying here and there

Hands down the best middle eastern restaurant in the pacific NW Authentic food for reasonable prices great place to eat altogether dine in or take out. Highly recommended! Many Vegan+GF+vegetarian options.

Placed order for pick up. Pretty smooth process overall. The lady at counter charged me then walked away without handing me food or being Courteous. Very cold and indifferent throughout the transaction . If it wasn't for how much I liked the food I wouldn't be interested in coming here again. I ordered the falafel wrap and parsley fries. The falafel wrap was massive, full of veggies, and flavor (a bit spicy but appreciated). I liked the tzatziki in the wrap. The fries were perfectly fried in my opinion, not too crunchy or dry. The falafel was good. The wrap was a great healthy option and I look forward to trying more dishes from the menu👍🏻👍🏻
